Dr. Rolle was invited on March 27, 2019, as a guest lecturer to share with doctoral students enrolled in the LPL 705 Administrative Theory course in the Educational Leadership Policy & Law program at Alabama State University located in Montgomery, Alabama. An essential focus of the discussion was centered around leadership development and skills that are not taught in the classroom.
